Once you sign up, we recommend you complete the course in the next day or two.

  • Why is it important?

To help prepare you for emergency first aid situations you may come across as a Koru Kids nanny.

  • What's covered?

You’ll learn to spot the signs and symptoms, and relevant treatments, for a variety of paediatric (age 1 to puberty) injuries and illnesses.

  • When do I need to do it?

You'll need to complete this training when you are hired by a family. You should aim to complete this training before you start your new role.

I think it was a really good way to remind me what to do in case of injuries, especially with small kids or toddlers who can easily hurt themselves.
